We manufacture friction discs and spacers according to the provided sample or drawing.
Sheet metal: spring 50Hf hardened, heat treated.
Friction material: organic slotted grid 6x6 or 10x10mm.
We have a very large database of patterns.
We make the valuation based on the submitted photo and dimensions: outside and inside diameter, thickness, number of teeth.
We check if we have drawings. If we do not have a drawing in the database, we need to provide samples.
